kenneth, gris, lydia, kaixiang, i'm glad that i went for the bbq tonight.. i didn't regret it.. had quite a good time.. heh =D although i'm feeling all itchy and dirty now 'cos there were mosquitoes there!!! and the one thing that i hate in the entire world is.... mr. mosquito!!!!! ahhhh! waiting for my jiejie to bathe finish so that i can have a quick shower.. =D
anyway the bbq was at west coast park.. miss that place man.. heh =D after the whole thing i was walking by myself to the bus stop.. then i had to pass by my old house.. then it just reminded me of times studying there for my A and O Levels.. then i walked past the coffeeshop.. and man.. how it has changed.. heh.. and so many things have changed too!! and it's definitely for the better! the place looks good now! heh =D
one day i shall bring my family back there and we can go "explore".. hahaha! yay! =D

Merry Christmas... what a lovely show.. =D =D =D a french movie about a real-life story about the war between the french, german and the english.. a show about how christmas united the three troops... super touching.. ahhh.. please go watch it for yourself.. =D and i thought the directing was really good.. =D the director made use of every detail.. nice.. =D =D =D
anyway today was my second driving lesson! heh heh.. got to drive more.. so happpy! =D but every time when i made a mistake, i would make funny sounds.. i hope mr lee doesn't think i'm weird.. hahahah... =D =D =D
i watched Sabrina too! the audrey hepburn movie.. nice.. =D audrey hepburn really has her own charm.. =D =D =D

i'm going for my first driving lesson tmr morning.. eight am some more.. jia lat.. i hope i won't spoil the car!!! Jesus help me ok? heh heh =D
yesterday i had a nice christmas dinner at home with my family.. =D huge turkey.. mashed potatoes..ribs..longans..blackforest cake.. yummy yummy! heh =D
then xuefen and korkor gave us presents! so sweet of them! =D i got a crumpler pouch! the one that last time i kept wanting to get but in the end never get.. heh heh.. =D now i'm using it to put my handphone.. heh heh.. =D
oh! yesterday i went to watch narnia leh.. shit.. it was such a disappointment leh.. bleh.. the kids couldn't act very well.. and the show was alittle too slow-moving.. and i fell asleep.. hahaha! i liked mr tunmus though.. =D and the music soundtrack was really nice =D

wa... i'm still aching all over.. it makes movements very painful.. hahahaha! jia lat..
oh!!!!!!!!!!!!! i FINALLY managed to have arrange for my first driving lesson!!! ahhh!! cant wait!!! ahhhhh!!! really hope that by tuesday i still won't be aching!
oh and i just read a few of my posts just now.. in 2003.. hahahah.. there were some posts were i wrote, "oh charmian just told me something interesting.. but i promised that i would keep it a secret.." hahahaha! but i cannot remember what it is leh.. hahahaha! actually i wanted to read all my posts.. but i got sian after awhile.. hahahaha!
anyway yesterday i had my first ever christmas party (dinner)! yay!! hahahaha! =D it was quite nice!! =D i loved the layout of the table! pretty pretty! =D the only problem was that we had TOO much carbo!!! hahahaha! apsaraghus soup, spagetti and mashed potatoes! man! it's ALL carbo! hahahahaha! ok.. next time pam and i will add more variety to the food.. hahahah! =D
i think i'll write my christmas cards later.. actually i didn't even want to write one.. lazy.. hahaha! and this year i didn't even create anything on my own.. hahahaha! what's wrong with jia?? hahahah!
i just heard my mummy telling my papa that there's this guy who knew karma, then he read from the stars that he would go through a big obstacle.. and in the end, he really did.. then the both of them was like really in awe.. honestly, i believe that if you really believe something, that something will happen. if you really believe and anticipate that something bad will happen to you, that something bad WILL happen to you... karma? what nonsense..
anyway, now i feel funny back in singapore.. 'cos i've been away for so long.. 8 days.. it's long leh. hahahah.. and plus all 8 days were filled with so much activity that it feels as though i have been away for a longer time... hahaha! =D can't imagine how it would be like if i went overseas to study.. i'll miss singapore so so much... heh =)

ahhhhh!!!! i had SO much fun!!! =D =D =D
i was away in bangkok from 15th-20th december.. with mummy, jiejie and xuefen! =D and we shopped so much! the stuff there in bangkok are really cheap.. and it makes you think twice when you buy clothes from singapore.. 'cos the same clothes there are so much cheaper... heh heh.. but it was really fun lah.. so much shopping.. =D but you must be able to put up with the crowded streets and the smell and the whole environment lah.. heh =D but of course you can go to the shopping centres there too.. those departmental stores.. i tell you.. must buy levis from there.. it's so much cheaper than those in singapore.. really! i bought my levis for like slightly less than $50?? that's like how cool lah! hahahaha! =D =D =D
so on the 20th i came back home at around 4pm? then on the 21st i left for batam with my lovely scfour class!!! heh heh heh =D so met at delifrance at 8:30am.. got the tickets from fabien.. then boarded the ferry. and jasmine was late lah!!!! actually she made it in time before the ferry left.. but the horrible people at the gates didn't allow her to board the ferry.. they very what leh!!! hahahaa! ROAR.. hahaha
then the ferry ride was like one hour.. then we were all watching this spanish action movie.. hahaha! about urban sports.. something like that.. like they will climb walls of the building.. leap from rooftops to rooftops.. really cool.. hahahaha!
so then when we reached batam we had express clearance for the immigration 'cos long, the cableski instructor and coordinator, supposedly had connections lah.. so we didn't have to queue up.. =D
then we took a van to the cableski place.. =D we reached there.. got ready.. then started skiing!! heh heh.. =D
first we started on the kneeboard.. after a few attempts right.. i managed to make the turns at points 1-3.. but after point 4 right, i didn't make it.. and just flew out lah.. then i wasn't wearing my helmet.. so the board whacked me on my forehead and i had a huge ba-la-ku.. hahahah! and a cut just above my right eye.. then long passed me some ice to apply onto the swell.. (anyway the swell has gone down abit now.. but the cut is still there.. i just went to see the doctor, he said there shouldn't be any scar 'cos it's a superficial cut.. then he gave me some oilment to apply onto the swell)..
after some more attempts.. i managed to make full rounds on the circuit.. it's really a good feeling.. heh.. then we upgraded to the beginner's wakeboard!! =D
wa really it was much harder than using the kneeboard.. after many many attempts, i managed to set off.. but then i only made it after the second point.. then i flew off.. then the next time i tried.. long told me to make it one full round.. he was like commanding me to do so.. hahahaha! and i managed lah.. but then i squated the whole way through.. hahaha! and i tried to stand up.. cannot leh! no strength in my legs to stand.. hahaha! and plus when you stand right.. it is easier for you to lose your balance.. yup... =D
then the next time i tried.. long commanded me to stand up.. hahaha! really alot of stress leh.. hahaha! but i managed too! actually all the turns are really really fun.. points 4 and 5 were the scariest.. 'cos the tug from the cable is really really reeeeeaaaalllyyyy hard.. hahahahah! but i tell you right.. the adrenaline rush was really great.. hahahah! but it's really really very fun.. =D
then we had lunch and went back to ski.. towards the end of the day we started to try using the proper wakeboard.. we had to slip our feet into the shoes that were screwed onto the wakeboard.. the first few times i didn't make it.. hahahah! 'cos this wakeboard is like heavier than the beginner's one.. yupyup.. but finally i did make it a few meters from the starting point.. then don't know why right.. my wakeboard would always tend to go the left instead of the right (it's suppose to naturally go the right if i don't turn the handle lah).. then i crashed into the ramp.. hahaha
and that was when the trauma happened.. hahahah! 'cos my feet were in the shoes right? so it was like i was stuck to the wakeboard.. then my right foot could come out quite easily.. but then the left foot right.. sigh... it was really stuck.. hahaha! 'cos before setting off.. i forced my right foot into the right shoe.. even thought it was quite tight.. but i just forced it in.. hahahah! so now that i'm struggling in the water.. it was really very hard to pull it out..
i really tried all sorts of ways to get it off leh.. and i was so afraid that my foot was going to get twisted off or something.. hahhah! i like flipped my body so many times that i thought my waist was going to get twisted off too.. hahahah!
then i really couldn't take it anymore.. so i just swam to the island in the middle.. with one foot stuck.. and the weight of the wakeboard dragging behind me.. =(
then thank God for tzetong.. he came to save me.. hahaha! then we tried all sorts of ways to get my foot out of the shoe.. i was sooooooooo afraid that i was going to be foot-less.. hahaha! but thank God leh.. really thank God that my foot got out safely... phew.. hahahaha!
then after that i tried the wakeboard a few more times.. but then a different one lah.. one with bigger shoes.. hahaha! then i managed leh!!! but then again the wakeboard swerved to the left.. then i managed to avoid the first ramp.. then i steered away from the second ramp and managed to head towards point one.. but then like when i was trying to steer towards point one.. i flew out.. hahahahaha! shit!!! it's so frustrating!! it's like, you're so near yet so far.. you know?? hahahahah!
then after that i wanted to try a few more times but then we all felt quite bad that we made the crew over there work so hard 'cos we were skiing like non-stop.. hahahaha! so we all decided to call it a day... hahahah!
then we paid long the fees, got back our passports.. then we headed to the resort, harris resort, to check in.. =D
it's a really nice resort! =D they use orange as their main colour theme.. so the whole place has a really friendly and chirpy and fresh feel to it.. =D and the staff there were really friendly and nice too.. =D after checking in, we faster when to bathe and met at the lobby again.. (and i had to settle some admin/money stuff.. waaa! really headache leh.. and stress leh.. hai.. never mind, i've learnt my lesson.. hahaha!)
then we headed to shophouse (long recommended it)... tzetong thought he knew the way.. but he didn't!!! hahahaha! so we were like walking and walking and walking.. in the dark some more.. late at night.. hahahah! then we went to this place.. but then it was wrong.. then we asked some guy for directions.. then he told us.. and he said that the shophouse was maybe like 300metres away.. but then we walked and walked and walked.. but didn't seem to find anything.. hahaha! we definitely walked more than 300metres lah! hahaha!
then as we were walking along the road in the dark right.. suddenly this motorcycle drove past us.. and the cyclist was damn scary lah!!! he laughed really scarily.. i think it was more of a cackle lor!!! we all really freaked out lah!!! plus we couldn't see his face at all 'cos it was so dark!!!! waaaa.. stupid cyclist.. hahahaha
anyway, we walked on.. and then a van drove past us.. and it turns out that it was the van from the harris resort.. and the driver stopped and asked us whether we were from harris resort.. then we were like yes.. then he gave us a ride to the shophouse.. (the resort provides transportation to any place you want to go.. but then have to pay lah.. $2 for each trip)..
so finally we arrived at the shophouse.. and we ordered our food.. but there were some communication problem.. hahaha! rou an waited super long for her teh-su-su.. and our stingray became a normal fish.. hahahaha! but overall, the meal was quite good.. the butter prawns were really yummy.. heh heh.. and we had a good time lah.. =D =D =D
then after that we went back to the hotel and tried to finish the bottle of vodka that jasmine bought.. 'cos we didn't wanted to pay duty at the singapore customs.. (but in the end we didn't have to).. then we played the number game in attempt to finish the vodka.. but soon we stopped 'cos it was getting boring.. hahaha!
and we all we REALLY tired.. it's like every single muscle in our bodies was aching.. really.. i'm not joking.. one whole day of cableskiing is no joke man.. hahahaha!
then soon we all went back to our rooms to sleep... even sleeping was painful.. hahaha! 'cos it was so hard to turn in bed. hahahaha!
then in the morning we woke up and had breakfast in the hotel.. then we lazied around abit.. wanted to go for massage in the hotel but then there wasn't any convenient available time.. so we checked out of the hotel and went go-karting.. =D
go-karting is really fun!!! =D =D =D all of us had 3 rides each.. =D then for the first round it wasn't raining.. but after the first round it started to rain.. then the rain just got heavier.. and we got wetted, and dirtier.. and it was just really gross lah.. hahaha! and plus i was wearing a thin white shirt.. so it was really quite bad.. but nonetheless, very very fun.. actually the rain made go-karting more fun.. more exciting! hahahahaha! =D =D =D
after that we went back to the hotel and washed up at the swimming pool's toilets.. then we had lunch in the hotel.. but we were really running late!! 'cos we had a ferry to catch!! the ferry was scheduled to leave at 4:30pm.. but then at 3:50pm the food wasn't even ready!!! then i really panicked lah!!! 'cos cannot miss the ferry mah.. it's the last ferry leaving for singapore that day! then we asked them to pack our food and thank GOd we made it in time.. =D =D =D
on the ferry ride back to singapore, we all just konked out.. hahahaha! slept all the way.. =D there was a slight delay when we were nearing singapore.. so we took more than one hour in the ferry..
anyway back at singapore, we went to the harbourfront foodcourt to eat our packed food.. actualy it's just pizza.. alot of pizza.. hahaha! then after that we all went home...
man.. it was really fun.. i love my scfour.. =D thank you hazel, jasmine, gladys, michelle, rou an, tzetong, chai, chris and cy for making this trip possible.. and thank you to long and the cableski crew, and the harris hotel crew.. waaaaaa... amazing amazing.. but most of all, it was Jesus who made this trip possible.. making everything go so smoothly.. ok even though some things didn't.. but then in the end everything still worked out fine.. so it's was really very very good!!!!!!!! heh heh =D yipee yay yay!!! =D =D =D
now i'm just craving for more cableskiing.. it's really awesome i tell you.. you all HAVE to try it.. plus the prices are really reasonable.. =D =D =D
ok, now i'm going to check my nus results.. heh heh.. they are out! =D then i have to rush to pam's house to get ready for the christmas dinner!! =D my first ever party! hahahaha! =D hope everything goes well! and all the food that we cook will be edible!! wahahaha! =D

ahhh!!! remember in my previous post i was telling you all about this girl who's from nus too who borrowed my handphone from me??
she called me!!! shit... she said she get my number from her friend whom she used my phone to call.. she wants me to go help her for her business... like work... scary lah.. then i kept saying that i wasn't free.. hope she doesn't call again.. although she said she'll call when i come back from my holiday...

i just watched kungfu hustle!!! hahaha! ok sorry i know i'm very laggy.. but i've always wanted to watch it.. and i must say that it's quite nice!! =D i miss all the stephen chow shows man.. i remember i used to grow up watching his really stupid shows.. stupid but really entertaining.. heh heh.. =D and this kungfu hustle is really unique.. nice nice.. =D
anyway it's already two oclock and i haven't even had my breakfast and lunch.. woke up around eleven something.. heh heh.. yesterday was the bizcom bash.. wa i have so much to blog about about yesterday.. hahaha
so i went to wheellock place to help my sister service her nokia phone.. then went to orchard mrt to meet weili.. so as i was waiting for weili right, this lady came up to me and told me that her handphone battery flat or something like that lah.. then she asked whether she could borrow my phone to make a phone call 'cos she was suppose to meet her friend..
so i lent to her lah.. but then the friend never pick up the call.. actually when she asked me to lend her my phone i was thinking to myself, oh no! is she going to take the phone and run away?? hahahahahahaha! then i was even thinking, ok, if she does that then i'll trip her and get my phone back.. hahahah! sorry sorry... i know very drama.. hahaha! don't know why i even doubted her...
so anyway, when she passed the phone back to me.. she continued to stand beside me and striked up a conversation with me.. turns out she's from nus too.. last year in business.. then she was just talking to me lor.. not like i wanted to talk to her.. hahahaha! sorry but i don't know why i just felt very weird.. as in, how come she's so friendly??!! hahahaha
then so she was talking and talking and talking.. then finally she decided to leave and go wait for her friend somewhere else.. then she gave her handphone number to me.. told me to keep in touch.. and to give her a missed call so that she can have my number... hahahah! obviously i didn't lah..
i don't know leh.. why do i have a bad feeling about her.. as in, i was like doubting her intentions.. don't know why also.. the other time some time ago, i was with pamela at plaza sing the busstop lah, then this old woman came up to me and asked in mandarin, can give me some money.. then i just ignored her.. then when pam and i went to the seven-eleven stall nearby, as i was paying for my stuff.. she was standing behind me and asked me whether i could give her some money..
i don't know leh.. when these kind of things happen, will you guys give the money to her? i don't know why but for these two cases i just felt all my defenses immediately went up on the inside of me.. as i'm typing this, i suddenly thought, eh? is it the Holy Spirit in me that made me think that way? maybe.. i don't know..
but then i feel bad lah.. when i doubt these people.. but honestly, i really don't know whether their intentions are good or not.. dont' know lah don't knowwwww!!!
anyway, so finally weili came and we went up to indochine.. we were suppose to put in the remaining vouchers into the goodie bags, (we were the goodie bags ICs).. but then someone told us that don't need.. just put the vouchers in as we pass the goodie bags to the people..
so we left lor.. then we went to queensway shopping centre to meet my brother there.. then weili went to macs to wait, then my brother and i went around looking for shoes.. after walking many many shops.. i finally found the shop that has that particular shoe in my size.. yay! =D
then korkor bought some socks.. =D
then after that we went to ikea to eat.. but then too crowded so we went to bk... then after that we took bus fourteen down to orchard.. then korkor met jiejie and then weili and i went shopping abit 'cos we were still early for the bash..
so at 9pm we went to indochine.. then the person briefed us on the goodie bags and the baggage counter.. then amelia and corrine came soon after.. they were suppose to bring the sponsors around but then in the end not many sponsors came.. so they were also like helping out at the goodie bags and baggage area..
it was quite funny yet frustrating too.. 'cos most of the people didn't know that they had to take the goodie bag.. so they would just walk past and into indochine.. then weili and i will always have to shout at them to ask them to take their goodie bag.. hahahaha!
anyway, my feet were really really really hurting.. 'cos standing on heels for many many hours is really crazy.. hahaha..
so anyway time passed, then i had to go inside to go do some stuff.. which i was really not happy about.. then we slacked around.. 'cos there wasn't a crowd anymore.. then weili and i went inside to watch the fcuk game.. it was really quite hilarious.. hahahaha! then after awhile the four of us went inside and sat at the couch... then we went back out.. then weili's mummy started to call her.. then she really had to leave.. but before for weili, i and amelia were sitting at the staircase talking... nice nice.. =D
oh my feet were so painful from standing on heels for so long that after i took my heels at home.. i couldn't move.. and when i started to walk.. waaaa... painfullllll... hahahahaha! the ball of the foot... painfulllll.. hahahahaha! weili so funny.. when i messaged her today to ask her how she is.. then she said "i can't walk".. followed by "my legs are in cast already.. shi lor.. every step is a painful step.." hahahahah! super funny lah.. hahahah!
anyway i feel that it's really important whenever you want to go clubbing/pubbing/do fun stuff with friends who are ons enough.. heh..
anyway, i think sometimes i have too high expectations from my friends.. actually, but don't everyone? hmmm.. we all just want support and "loyalty"? heh.. =D
anyway today i was suppose to go out with mummy but she play me out.. so i angryyy... hmmm.. eneded up sleeping at home the whole day.. hai..

heeheehee.. i just finish reading Hour Game by David Baldacci.. heh.. nice nice.. interesting lahhh.. mystery, thriller.. nice nice.. =D kor, it's not thrashy okkk.. it's entertaining! you read it too!!! hahahahaha! and baldacci is really a good storyteller! no doubt about it! hahaha! =D it feels so good to read again.. heh =D have been deprived ever since dont' know when.. hahaha
and.. yesterday weili and i went swimming!!!! ahhh!!!! it felt so good too!!! 'cos so super long never swim already lah!!!! waaaaaa... love the water.. hahahahah! wanted to swim 50laps but then in the end only swam 30.. hahahah! then i gave myself the excuse that i needed to warm up first.. cannot just whack after not having swam for like almost a year ah? hahahaha! yeah..
and my goodness... where are all the girls??? it was like all men in the pool lah!!!! there was only one girl when we went there, then two more came later.. but majority of the people there were guys!!! it was like some pool party for men lah.. hahaha! and right, my goodness, guys really like to show-off.. can't stand.. hahahaha!
amazingly my muscles are not aching today.. thought they would 'cos we didn't stretch before swimming.. and chlorine water is really bad for your hair... =(
oh after swimming pam called me and asked me whether i was free at night.. and i was.. so we met up.. wanted to watch a movie.. nothing else interesting at cine except prime... so we decided on that.. hahahaha! it was not bad lah the show.. quite entertaining.. and sweet.. =D uma thurman is so pretty.. even though she's like how old already.. and the guy who acted as dave is quite cute too.. heh heh.. hahahaha!
ok, i think i better go bathe now.. going to school later to pack goodie bags for the bash on friday! really hope it'll be a successs!!!! can't wait!! hahahaha! =D lalala!! =D

blog blog blog!!! hahahaha! sorry i'm quite high now.. just came back from campus! heh =D
today pastor chin left campus ministry.. =( =( =( it came as a shock to most of us 'cos we didn't know that he was going to leave..
the people made a video for him.. but then i couldn't see it 'cos i was counting the offerings in the room with minghui.. ahhh!!!! i missed it!!! but i'm going to ask hwei fen, who's in video ministry, to try to help me get hold of the video.. i want to see!! heh.. then after the video pastor chin wanted to sing all the nice songs!!! hhahaahah! like, One Way, History Maker, God is Moving.. ahhh!!! missed all of those!!!!!
those songs really reminded me of the history makers camps.. and of campus on the hold.. i sort of feel that campus has changed quite abit from when i first attended... it's just... different lah.. don't know how to say... but tonight, there was the same atmosphere.. just made me happy.. =D
i want to go for church camp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we went out yesterday in the afternoon to shop shop for awhile first in far east.. wa i tell you, they are champion shoppers man.. you guys should have seen how much stuff they bought.. it's crazy.. ahahaah! actually i would buy too if i had so much money to spend.. hahahaha! but then again, they are forgiven 'cos the stuff will be shared between two peeople.. and they hardly shop unless they come to singapore maybe once or twice a year to splurge.. hahahaha! that's good that they come to singapore to shop.. 'cos at least we all will still get to meet up once or twice a year.. .hahahah! =D
then after far east we went to raffles place to meet bee... then we went to eat at lao pa sa!!! wa!!! it's really nice! eating yummy singapore food.. hahahahaha! we had yummy satay, yummy sambal stingray... eh? that's all.. hahahaha! but it was enough to make me happy! hahahaha! then after the meal we just sat there and chatted.. heh heh.. so nice.. =D then after that all really had to go to the toilet.. so we hurried to raffles mrt to use the toilet.. hahahaha!
then we went to city hall's starbucks to sit down and talk.. heh heh.. =D then we went crazy taking pictures by ourselves.. it's not easy to take a picture of four girls by ourselves.. people get easily cut off.. hahahah! then we tried all sorts of expressions, (sweet, cute, worried, cool..) hahahahaha! and we were making so much noise.. alot of people were staring at us.. hahahaha! heck lah, the whole place was so noisy.. so we didn't care.. hahahahaha! it's fun taking all these photos.. hahhahah!
they are going back on saturday already.. so fast right? =( maybe we'll meet up again on friday.. not confirmed yet... yeah...
anyway so the time has come.. it's 1st december.. the letterbox is going to be my next best friend.. hahahahahah! lalala! =D
